Register online, send us an email, or give us a ring with your contact info, your pet’s details, and the services you'd like. We’ll schedule a meet-and-greet so your dog can say hello to our team and you can check out our facility. After completion of this meet-and-greet, we can create your account and schedule services!

Yes, for dogs! After completing their meet and greet, all dogs are required to attend a full day of daycare so we can get to know them better. During this assessment day, we’ll introduce your dog to a test dog and gradually build a custom playgroup based on their personality, behavior, and comfort level.
If your dog has a successful assessment day, they’ll be approved for future daycare and boarding bookings! If the assessment isn’t a good fit for any reason, don’t worry — there’s no charge for that day of daycare.
We also understand that some dogs may feel nervous in a new environment. If your pup needs a little extra time to settle in, we may recommend a gradual introduction plan over the next couple of weeks to help them become comfortable with our facility and routine. We’ll always communicate clearly with you throughout the process, because your pet’s safety, happiness, and comfort are our top priorities!
What about cats? Cats do not require a temperament test or meet and greet before boarding. However, if you’d like to see our cat housing area before booking, you’re more than welcome to schedule an appointment to tour the space and ask any questions you may have!

At this time, we are not accepting intact dogs if they are over 1 year old. If your dog falls into the category and you have a boarding need, please call us and we can review available options.
If you have an intact male under 1 year old that causes any difficulties, he will have to remain home until he is neutered. If your female is in heat, she will not be able to come for daycare or boarding. -
At Buckaroo Creek, we believe the best playtime includes the perfect balance of exercise in small groups and rest! Our Rest & Rotate method allows dogs to enjoy fun, engaging play sessions with carefully selected playgroups of no more than 10 dogs, followed by time to relax and recharge in their own comfortable living space.
We create custom playgroups based on each dog’s personality, play style, temperament, age, size, and relationships with other dogs in our care. This thoughtful approach helps every dog find their best fit for safe, enjoyable, and enriching social play.
Throughout the day, dogs rotate between targeted play sessions and dedicated rest periods, giving them the opportunity to burn energy, socialize, and recharge before heading back out to play. We manage the schedule and group dynamics so your dog doesn’t have to! All they need to do is enjoy being a dog, with the right balance of play, rest, and comfort throughout their day at Buckaroo Creek.
